Sofa repair questions from Colombo customers

Do you repair sofas onsite in Colombo?

Yes. For most repairs, reupholstery inspections, and cushion replacements we travel to Colombo with fabric swatches. Larger builds are handcrafted in Panadura and delivered back to your apartment or office with white-glove setup.

How long does a reupholstery job take?

Site visit dates are available within 48 hours. Once materials are approved, standard reupholstery takes 7–14 business days, while custom sectionals and beds take 3–5 weeks.

Can you match existing interiors and coastal conditions?

We curate fabrics suited for Colombo’s humidity and coastal air, balancing stain resistance and colorfastness. Share mood boards or paint codes and we will match tones for open-plan living and hotel lobbies.

Do you offer warranties on sofa repairs and new builds?

All frames use kiln-dried wood with workmanship warranties. Foam density, stitching, and upholstery care plans are documented at handover, and our team is reachable via WhatsApp for aftercare.
